Responsibilities
Run recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Streamline the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures, and managing the required paperwork.
Maintain precise employee records, ensuring data integrity within our HR information system (Personio).
Take charge of Performance and Development cycles, including progress tracking, report generation, and prompt communication of updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to compliance efforts to ensure oneUp's alignment with Dutch employment laws and regulations.
Provide support to employees and managers, answering employee inquiries and concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
