The Opportunity
As our Growth Marketer, you will be an integral part of the oneUp team and will work directly with clients from different industries. You will get the chance to create impact by executing go-to-market and growth strategies for our corporate innovation ventures. As our go-to expert on growth hacking, you are obsessed with conversions, optimisations via experiments, analytics, data, new tools and love to continuously challenge yourself. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your own skills alongside our talented team of Growth Marketers and Venture Builders.
Your Role
You develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
You implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience, from initial awareness to post-purchase.
You develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including but not limited to paid search, social media, email, and display advertising).
You continuously monitor and analyse the performance of marketing channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to maximise conversion.
You design, set up, and execute A/B tests and other experiments to understand the impact of different marketing strategies and tactics.
You analyze user behaviour and conversion data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
You translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, presenting findings to stakeholders and leading initiatives to drive growth.
You are proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel), data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and experimentation platforms (e.g., Lyssna, Optimizely, Adobe Target).
You stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in analytics, data visualization, and experimentation to ensure that new ventures are launched at the forefront of industry best practices.
